We ship with registered post service where you can track your goods easily online. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Goods will be shipped with Australia Post.

SHipPPInG ChARgES

A flat rate of $10.00 AUD for Australia wide, registered post.
A flat rate of $15.00 AUD for Australia, express post.

SHIPpINg TIme

For registered post, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery and an extra 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

For express post, please allow up 1-5 business days for processing and delivery.

Orders will be delivered between Monday-Friday 9am -5pm.Deliveries are not made on weekends.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

Jacana Kids takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

The delivery times provided by are estimates only.

INTeRnATioNAl SHIppING

We ship with Australia Post. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Your delivery address must be a residential or commercial address where someone is available to sign for your parcel between 9am-5pm

INTErNAtIOnAL ShIPpiNG ChARGes

A flat rate of $30.00 AUD, registered post.

A flat rate of $50.00 AUD, express post.

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Jacana Kids do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 10-15 business days for registered post and up to 7 business days for express post. This time will vary according to your local country shipping variations.

RetURNs AnD ExCHaNGeS

Jacana Kids will refund or exchange orders within 14 days.

Returns must be in as new condition unless faulty.

Returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt date.

The goods must not be worn, damaged or washed.

Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided.

Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.

Jacana Kids will not pay for the returning items for incorrect size or styling choice.

We do not refund initial shipping fees if you change your mind on a purchase.

There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders unless the garment is deemed faulty.

FAuLTy ITeMs

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with the upmost care. In an unlikely event you receive and item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days and we will organise a replacement.

Please email info@jacanakids.com if you wish to return your item stating why you are returning or exchanging your item.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 14 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original purchasers payment type and will include shipping costs if the garment is deemed faulty.
